Shopping Guide:

  1. Select the item/s that you want to purchase then click the “Add to cart” button.
  2. When you are done shopping, click the “View cart” button found on the upper right corner of the website.
  3. Review your Cart. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  4. Fill up the Billing Details. There is an “Order Notes” box for your remarks and important instructions for delivery. (You can also use this for the sizes, colors, etc.…)
  5. You can choose “Ship to a different address” if your shipping address is not the same as your billing address.
  6. Choose your Shipping and Handling method. (This is where your orders will be delivered).
  7. If you choose Store pick-up, we will contact you for a schedule of pick up. Our store hours are from Monday-Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm. Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm.
  8. Choose your Payment method. (Bank Transfer/Deposit, PayPal/Credit cards, Remittance)
  9. Check the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions”.
  10. Click the “Place order” button.
  11. An email will be sent to you. Please check your email inbox folder or spam folder.

Note: Items will be reserved to you right away once you have received your order reference number in your email. Please settle your payment immediately. We will only reserve the items for you in 1-2 business days otherwise we will cancel your order.

 
 

Mode of Payment:

We accept different modes of payment for your convenience.

  1. Bank Transfer/Deposit: BDO, Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI), and Metrobank
  2. PayPal: PayPal transfer or all major credit cards accepted. Note: Buyer shoulders the fee.
  3. Money Remittance: Cebuana, LBC, Western Union, Mlhuilier, GCash, Palawan

 
 

Shipping:

  1. We ship via LBC courier, JRS courier, Xend courier.
  2. Shipping fee is ₱165.00 for Metro Manila (min of 3 kilos), ₱182.00 for Luzon (min of 3 kilos), ₱187.00 for Visayas (min of 3 kilos), and ₱198.00 for Mindanao (min of 3 kilos) . Note: Rizal, Cavite, Antipolo, Bulacan and Laguna are under provincial rates.
  3. Delivery for Metro Manila is 1-2 business days. Delivery for Province is 2-4 business days. No deliveries on Sundays and Holidays.
  4. We do daily shipping from Monday-Saturday.
  5. You can track your package at our website.

 
 

Store Pick-up:

You can pick up the items you ordered online in our showroom. We are located at Mother Ignacia Place, 139 Mother Ignacia Ave., Quezon city (across abs-cbn 2). We will contact you for the schedule of pick-up.

 
 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Prices posted are final and tax inclusive.
  2. All items posted are available and ready to be shipped.
  3. Please notify us immediately if you wish to extend your reservation or you want to cancel your order.
  4. Strictly 1-2 days reservation only. If you have not settled within the time frame given, The Baby Store PH has the right to cancel your order/s.
  5. If your items were cancelled, you may re-order again but the items are subject to availability.
  6. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, mishandling of your package by the courier. Additional fees will be collected if you want your items to be insured. Insurance will be 1% of the cost. Buyer will shoulder all fees if they are to return an item to us.
  7. Payment cut-off is 12noon for same day shipping out of orders. Payment made after 12noon will be shipped out the following business day. Kindly email the deposit slip/transaction slip at sales@thebabystoreph.com
  8. Please inform us when you already receive your package. We greatly appreciate if you will give a positive feedback in our social media accounts (facebook page/instagram/website).
  9. No return, no exchange policy. Unless proven the item is damage due to factory defects, we will replace it with in 2 days. Return to sender fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
